2. Links have been provided for the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  They are located on the 31Events.com site.

3. Event Organizer can receive an email with invitee data for the event.  There is a single button to click, and the list will be emailed.  For privacy reasons, the list can not be downloaded and can only be sent to the Organizer’s email address.

April 15 (Version 2 Production Release)

1. We have worked through both frontend/UI issues and backend processing issues.  This version has an updated UI along with a full processing pipeline to ensure we catch errors and sending the Event Organizer an email.

2. All email address have been converted to CalendarSnack.com.  To create a new Event, send an invitation to create@calendarsnack.com, everything else will be very familiar.

4. New v2 URL.  There is a new URL to view your snacks going forward – https://snack.calendarsnack.com – any Events created prior to April 15 are available at https://app.calendarsnack.com/summary/{your EventID}.

5. Getting your Invitee Data. Currently, you can view your Invitees on the Invitee Detail page, within the next few weeks, we will have the ability to have that list emailed to the Event Coordinator as a CSV file. We will updated both this notes page and the documentation when it is available.

6. English Language Only. The initial release of Calendar Snack supports only English. At the current time, if you create an Event in another language, you should do a full 360 degree test – Create, Send, RSVP – to ensure it works properly without any surprises.

7. New Invitee reporting with Source.  This feature allows you to see the specific source for Sending Invitations.

January 15 (Production Release)

1. We have finished Beta testing Calendar Snack and have now released it officially.  If you have previously created an event via the Beta, those events are still available on the Beta site, but we will be shutting down that URL within the next few weeks.

2. To create a new Event, send an invitation to create@invitethis.com, everything else will be very familiar.

3. Getting your Invitee Data. Currently, you can view your Invitees on the Invitee Detail page, within the next few weeks, we will have the ability to have that list emailed to the Event Coordinator as a CSV file. We will updated both this notes page and the documentation when it is available.

4. English Language Only. The initial release of Calendar Snack supports only English. At the current time, if you create an Event in another language, you should do a full 360 degree test – Create, Send, RSVP – to ensure it works properly without any surprises.

5. Calendar Client testing is ongoing, the following table represents the pass/fails of for specific clients.  In general, we have had a very high success rate, across all platforms (desktop + mobile) for both Google and Outlook.  Testing for Outlook has included both Microsoft Exchange Server routed invitations and Microsoft Outlook installed application (either desktop or mobile).

December 27 (Beta Release)

1. We have tested the Generic Email Marketing CTA link with Drip (they have merge codes for Personalization).

2. You can now edit the Organizer Name.  We have tested on Win10, MacOS, and Android.  If you double-click the “edit” icon, the background color will change to grey, type the new Organizer Name and press Enter to Save or ESC to Cancel.  If your cursor is within the edit box, and you click outside of it, the operation is cancelled and nothing is saved.

3. We are playing around with what numbers to present – currently, we show how many RSVPs have come from being “shared” – it’s a bit of an weird number, because we can’t count the share itself, only if we receive an RSVP from an unknown email address.

4. We deleted the separate tables for Invitee Details, and instead have replaced it with a single table.  You can sort on a column by clicking on it and search the whole table by typing within the Search box.

December 20 (Beta Release)

1. We have fully tested Google and Outlook for all functionality, including Event Create, Invitation Receive and RSVP.  And it works for all functionality, on all end clients, including Windows 10, MacOS, iOS and Android.

2. MailChimp CTA has been tested and works as expected.

3. We took down the Constant Contact and GoDaddy CTA, it was not fully tested and we believe there may have been some problems with the merge codes.

4. We created a generic CTA, there is no way to test against all use cases, please test before you use to ensure it will work for your use case.

5. Updated how we process the Event Message and it now preserves the test better.

6. Currently we support only English language for our text processing, please test in your own language to ensure proper formatting.

7. We have inserted a RSVP data table, we are testing it to see if that is how we will represent the RSVP detail information.  It provides a higher degree of control over how to view the data – including search and sort.

October 3, 2018 (Beta Release)

1. Fixed Opt-in Embed form (which is also the Test form within the Calendar Snack Summary Pages).  It now emails the invitation correctly.

2. Send is working. We are still experiencing a problem in how Outlook represents the inbound calendar email on some end-user clients.  Even in those cases, the event can be “saved” to calendar, and RSVP responses work from the calendar.

3. RSVP counts (totals and details) are not 100%. From our testing, Google works at 100% across all clients; Outlook (both online and desktop versions) work approximately 80%; Both iOS and MacOS with Outlook are less than 50% for RSVP details.

4. Updated Beta Documentation.

October 2, 2018 (Beta Release)

1.  Added CTA Link Landing Page enhancement, providing a text input box for a user designated landing page.  If unchanged, the CTA Link will go to a Calendar Snack landing page thanking the invitee and telling them to look in their inbox for the invitation. (screen shot of the landing page is in the documentation).

2. Updated Beta Documentation.

September 30, 2018 (Beta Release)

1.  Updated the CODE page with live preview of the Webpage Embed and added logo for MailChimp Email Link CTA.

2. Updated Beta Documentation

 – Outlook Online (regardless of version or how connected to the online Outlook application, desktop or mobile).
 – Yahoo! Mail/Calendar

3. RSVP Reporting:  The above are not sending RSVP information.

4. The Calendar Snack user interface has been updated, we are still experiencing a problem when a page is refreshed.

5. Code page has been updated with currently available Opt-in Webpage code and MailChimp CTA link.

6. Invitee Detail page has been updated, and now includes a button to email the Invitee Detail to the Organizer email address.  The data is sent as a CSV file.
